JENNIFER PATASHNICK

Jennifer has been using and teaching qualitative data analysis software packages since 1998.

 

She previously worked for Video Intervention / Prevention Assessment (VIA) at Children's Hospital Boston, where she was the Analysis Coordinator for ten years. At VIA, Jen implemented the use of qualitative software to code, structure, and model data and was responsible for the analysis of large amounts of data generated by young people in the form of audiovisual narratives.

 

Her academic areas of interest include medicine, child development, and linguistic anthropology, but she has worked with researchers in all fields from education to fisheries and beyond.
